Project Details
We were called by an apartment community to perform biohazard cleanup after a resident tragically passed away and wasn’t discovered for more than a month.
Our crew removed all affected materials and thoroughly disinfected hard surfaces. The scene also required insect (flies/maggots) removal and proper disposal of biohazardous waste in line with health and safety regulations. Any items likely to retain odor—flooring and soft goods—were also removed. Following initial cleanup and demolition, we completed multi-day ozone treatments and applied odor-neutralizing antimicrobial solutions to fully eliminate remaining odors.
Once the space was safe, clean, and fully decontaminated, we transferred the project to reconstruction to restore the apartment to a rentable condition.
