Project Details
We recently completed a water restoration project for a customer whose home experienced a burst pipe, resulting in approximately 12 inches of standing water in the basement.
Our team responded quickly, beginning with the extraction of all standing water to minimize damage and prevent mold growth. Once the water was removed, we placed professional-grade drying equipment throughout the affected area to dry out structural components and stop any potential secondary damage.
After the drying phase, we thoroughly cleaned all surfaces and treated the entire home with an antimicrobial fog to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Once all framing was confirmed dry and mitigation was complete, we removed our equipment and handed the project over to our reconstruction team to restore the home to its pre-loss condition.
